How can I cancel the service?

In B.C.Cloud, deleting an organization account is cancellation of the service.

To delete an organizational account, you must meet the conditions below

• No individual accounts other than the owner exist in the organizational account
• No networks remain in the account

There are no outstanding debts on the organizational account 

After confirming the above, please follow the link below to cancel your membership
