This message is displayed when the network configuration you are trying to create is insufficient for the currently purchased license.
If the individual user who logged in has Owner status for the organization account, the network can be created by purchasing additional licenses.
If the individual user who logged in does not have the Owner status for the organizational account to which he/she belongs, please check with the owner of the organizational account.
In G.U. Blockchain Cloud, once a license is purchased, it is valid until the end of the month, but the billing for that month is based on the network configuration at the beginning of each month.
Therefore, if the network configuration is changed in the middle of the month, the license may be different from the initial license.
